Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you have registered for a live-streamed presentation and subsequently cannot attend, you have the following options:


Cancellations made 10 days or more before the presentation:

You can be fully refunded the cost of the workshop or webinar
Your booking can be transferred to a future event at no extra cost. Please note that if you choose to transfer your credit to another presentation, it should be of equal length (e.g., if you cancel your booking for a 90-minute webinar, you can transfer your booking to another 90-minute webinar)


Cancellations made less than 10 days before the presentation:

You will not be refunded the cost of the workshop or webinar, however you can transfer your booking to a future event (of equal length) at no extra cost.
