Information collected and how it is used

Personal data that is collected through this site is limited to information provided by the user at
the time when registering for events. Access to the data is limited to Directors and individuals
contracted to Bespoke Mental Health Canada. All contractors sign confidentiality agreements.
We do not sell, intentionally share or distribute personal information to third parties unless it is
a legal requirement.

Online registration and credit card processing

Credit-card information is processed through an industry-leading platform (Stripe) that is
certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. Additional information on Stripe data security is
available here. The browser window will display the ‘closed lock’ icon to verify encryption
status. No credit card information is stored by Bespoke Mental Health Canada.

Recording

All trainings are video recorded and are available on the ‘watch when you want’ section of the
Bespoke Mental Health Canada website for up to 2 years following the live stream event.
Participants who ask a question using the chat or Q&A function will NOT have that question or
their name displayed on screen. Additionally, only the faces of the presenter(s) and the host
will be available and shown on the recording. People who register for the training will not have
their faces or names displayed.

Mailing List

Contact information provided during registration will be added to our mailing list. We do not
sell our mailing list or otherwise intentionally provide information to third parties. Quarterly
newsletters are sent via email. The bottom of the newsletter will contain a link to unsubscribe.
